Blotting paper and a cool iron
Put the paper on the wax then use the iron to warm up the wax which will then be absorbed by the paper.

Try using a clothes iron and brown paper bags. Paper towels may work as well, but I haven't tried them.

You place the paper bag over the wax spot and then heat it with the iron. The wax should melt and soak into the paper.

Works great on carpet, so I don't see why it wouldn't work for walls as well.

Hold up an old towel and iron it with a hot iron. The heat will draw the wax into the towel and off of the wall. Then just throw away the towel

You can use a scraper made of plastic but be aware that you will have to prime the area affected and be sure to get ALL the wax off before hand.

something with a flat surface.. scrape it off gently.. like a steak knife or something equally as fine.

or a puddy knife.

make sure the wax has firmed up... you can also warm up the edge you're going to use just to get the wax moving.

analyzing all the of solutions given...i'm able to inform you that warmth of any form won't rid the wax. that is going to in simple terms create a greater mess! try freezing the areas with ice, permitting the wax to freeze instantaneous. that is going to elevate off, fantastically. As to your poster, i think of scraping it gently would be your in simple terms probability of ridding it. sturdy success!
