Or shouldn't we do that to other planets?

Pretend you had an ant farm that was always in turmoil. Ants break into groups and the groups fight - ants within the groups would fight amongst themselves. On top of the warring, they're ruining their ant farm environment somehow- even though you know they're smart enough to realize what they're doing and to realize they need to stop (hey, I think ants are pretty smart - they're definitely organized)...but they just can't stop their all around destructive behavior. If they continue with their ways, they're going to ruin their civilization - one way or another. Constant drama and reality tv type entertainment for you, every night you couldn't wait to get home and check out what the ants had done today, just when you would think that you've seen it all - they'd top themselves again. Would you risk getting a new ant farm that might be lame and peaceful? If you got really bored with them, you'd probably just drop a big rock on them (comet) watch the chaos before the end and then move onto something different.

You could tell him.

Or, how about this... I'll build you a spaceship, and you can go to space and bother other planets like you want. It might seem odd, but the spaceship is in my garage. It's an '84 Honda Civic with a pretty bad exhaust leak. In order to take off you have to roll all of the windows down and start it up with the garage door closed. Then you wait. You can't open the garage door up until the ship warms up.

You shouldn't say that. God meant well when he created the human race. He later discovered that humans had become reprobates, prone to perdition. God has already left, and is not bugging this planet. The last thing he said was "You're on your own, perverts."

Man did the damage, my friend. Not God. As the landlord, he should kick US out.

Leave the other planets alone. We shouldn't crap in another person's yard.
