many of the dept shops do breakfasts and a lot of places do what's spoke of as an 'all day breakfast' that's your huge-unfold breakfast plus chips. The further removed from the suitable streets you pass the extra cost-effective issues get. there's a place close to Connolly station spoke of as 'The Pantry' that does an entire breakfast for €5.95.

You could try Kylemore in St. Stephen's Green shopping centre. But, they are kinda dear. You could also try Dunne's Stores in St. Stephen's Green (cafe is on the 2nd floor near the housewares stuff). They are very reasonable and I think they have breakfast all day.

There are lots of places do an all-day breakfast.
You could go to Sherie's on Abbey Street or The Pantry on Talbot Street, though there are probably ones closer to Trinity too.
Many pubs do them.
