I have a problem with my sound device, it says it is not installed, and I don;t have the driver anymore , can i download it from the net?I mention that I heard the sounds from the yahoo messenger, but I cannot use winamp, movie sound etc,,,

First you need to figure out why your sound stopped working. Did you add new sound-related software, did you install any new hardware/drivers for hardware? There can be a driver that conflict with your sound device.
Find out the manufacturer of your motherboard or sound card. Go to its website. Support-->Downloads. Make sure you have the right model, etc. Download the sound drivers and install them. Might require a reboot.

Winamp:
right click winamp, go to options - preferences in the right pane go to plug ins and output, select the right sound device an click in configure and apply.

Use the CD that got here along with your motherboard to put in the drivers to your sound gadget if it is onboard. But in reality that it's not a hardware difficulty must deliver you comfort

have you uninstall ur soudn drivers? right hit on my computer icon hit on properties. hit on hardware / devices manager then hit on da.
sound /video and game controllers is any yellow marks over there if so ur needto reinstall ur sound drivers if not then you have to just go to control panle and sound drvices and re-enable ur sound if ur sound drivers have been uninstalled go to da manufacturers website look under support & drivers there shoud be ur sound card driver to download & install
