who thinks we need a draft in the nba with all the players to try and balance out the conferences?

teams would be able to keep two of their current superstars

Not possible since players have long term contracts.

Don't worry about it. Conference powers will shift from time to time. Like the NFL, where the NFC used to dominate in the 90s (49ers, Cowboys, Packers). Now the NFC sucks and it's all about the AFC.

Free agency and draft will help the eastern conference regain their footing.
