Absolutely! The most important thing is to get a pair that is flattering to your face and fits with your style.

For example, I like tortoiseshell frames because they go nicely with my haircolor (dark auburn) and my freckles. I like square/rectangle frames because they are nerdy-chic and kind of masculine, so they contrast nicely with my femine style and long curls.

When you shop for them, bring a friend who understands your style and is honest so you can have a second opinion. Don't go by what the sales people say looks good on you because they don't know you or your style.

You can definitely do it! Make sure you choose frames that complement your face shape and look really sharp. If you go to Lenscrafters or someplace you can get a optometrist to help you choose the best frames for you (selecting flattering frames is actually part of their training!). Make sure you choose a pair that doesn't overpower or hide your features - remember that you want people to look through the glasses at YOU, not just at the glasses. Finally, since you wear glasses you should wear a little bit heavier makeup around the eyes to make them pop out through the lenses. Of course. I think that glasses acutally add style. I wear glasses. You just have to find the ones that fit your style. Stop by a glasses place and try some on just for fun. I think the ones with no rim are really cool, but they look stupid on me. I go without a rim on the bottom. Looks very professional - which is what I like.

Take a look at some of the print ads for vision services. There are many very good looking photos of people wearing glasses that are VERY attractive. I think a woman that wears glasses in an un-self conscience way is HOT!

I wear glasses and recently purchased a more up-to-date set, when I had to change the lenses. Now that they are a newer style I feel better about wearing them. Definately! Pick a pair you like. I used to try and get as thin frames as possible so they would hopefully not be noticed, but later I figured, people are going to notice my glasses anyway, why not make them a fashion statement? I now wear glasses with reddish plastic frames that match my hair. Also several top-notch designers make awesome glasses. Just keep your eyes peeled for a pair you like, and when you get a pair, wear them and love them!

Its good to have several pair, different frame colors for variety.
Walmart has great inexpensive frames. Also try tinting the lens. They will do 2 tone even. I love the dark rose. Colors can fit your mood and clothing.

Wemon with glasses are hot!!! Look at posters with wemon with glasses at the optomitry office. You just have to keep with the style trends and you will be okey. Glasses symbolize smart and intelictual. play that up. You could do smart and sexy. Or no nonsese firm and strong wemon. Baically pretty is just dressing up. Well groomed you get your nails done. Clean clothes that match and are well with the trends. It has nothing to do with body type just how will you keep yourself. Bueatifull is a nother story. But if you want to be pretty with glasses just set your styling and fashion to that which goes well with glasses.
