we have been told that BRITAXAN helps stronger sperm growth as we are struggling to have children. Is this true ? And / Or is there better products on the market.

First off, folks, charting and stuff works for female infertility. This is a man talking if he's trying to improve sperm count and quality. A supplement is not a drug. It's an uncontrolled substance, and there is no way to know how well it works unless it has been well-tested and approved by the FDA for use for that particular ailment. Best advice is to go to the dr and have your semen evaluated. Supplement manufacturers often just put a bunch of crap in a pill, then rely on human insecurites (like the stuff that supposedly makes your penis grow) to make tons of money. Throw the junk away, talk to a dr, and good luck!

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler
This book will help you with all of your menstrual and conception questions. It’s for all women - not just women trying to conceive. It covers everything from temperature to mucus checking, etc.. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! It tells you how to figure out your cycle and what to expect. My husband and I tried for a year to conceive and nothing happened. The first month I used the book we conceived right away. Now I am due Feb 2. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

If she has a 28 day cycle then she is likely to ovulate around the 14th day after your period. You would want to have sex before during and after this time! Have sex every other day cause everyday will lower your sperm count!

You might want to check with your Dr...as far as I know you cannot take anything medically to improve spem growth or mobility.
