guy that remodels bathrooms, basements, kitchens...and so on. I saw an ad in the paper for something like this, but then the paper was thrown out. He constantly has to measure walls, floors, ceilings & the like. This tool would seem to be the perfect gift as it would save valuable time. Has anyone heard of it? What's it called? Where can I get one? Thanks!!

I have one of these, and it's great! It's very acurate as well! I measure thirty foot rooms, and usually get within an inch.

I also found a reguar steel measuring tape, but it's powered... So he can hold it with one hand and use the botton to push it out as far as he needs.

Check on Lowe's & Home Depot stores. I believe they just call it an electronic tape measure. I've seen them, & your right about saving time and being extremely accurate. they also have variations of Laser levels & guages that will give you the cross lines for making corners square, & plumb up an down. there's several variations of these depending upon how much you wish to spend etc.

Try Home depot and Lowes. Can't remember what it's called but I have seen it in there.
If you can't find it, Bed, Bath, and Beyond has a sonic tape measure that will measure feet in any one direction. I think its only $20.

certain, I have a remarkable theory! they're bunny pellets. they're the little treats that the bunny leaves in the back of as they forage around the nation-state. They make staggering snacks for trolls. And the coolest element is that that is a style of recycling. The trolls are making the planet greener with techniques from indulging in those remarkable treats. earnings from the cuisine, trolls!
