If someone has a posted sign saying " Trespassers will be shot on site" does that indemnify them if they shoot someone on their property?

Of course not. Warning a person that you will kill them if they do something that you don't want them to do doesn't give you the right to kill them.

Generally, you have a right to use deadly force if a reasonable person believes that their life, or the life of another is in danger. Sometime, the threat of great bodily harm is added.

I seriously doubt that posting a warning like that gives you a license to kill. The law requires that you only shoot someone in self-defense. On the other hand, if you get shot after going on posted land, it may be much harder for you to sue the other person for negligence in shooting you, as he might defend on the grounds that you knowingly took the risk.

No you cannot shoot the person, but if they break into your house and you are in fear of losing your life, then blow their brains out, and if they happen to crawl outside, drag their butts back in and shoot them again. Might sound harsh, but now a days, these dirtbags don't care about you, so why should you. Plus this way, you don't have to go back and forth to court, and also this way, they will never commit a crime against anyone else.

Depends on the state. Some states (like mine, Colorado) have 'make my day' laws. If you break into my house, I can legally shoot and kill you.

No. Signs like that are only threats. You have to use REASONABLE FORCE, and shooting someone who just hopped over your fence isn't reasonable.

some little kid wonders onto your property and you shoot him, you go to jail.
some mentally handicapped woman walks onto your property and you shoot her, you go to jail.
some BLIND guys dog leads him onto your property and you shoot, go to jail.
however, that really annoying guy down the street that picks his nose when hes talking to you wonders onto your property. lock and load man!

No it doesn't. The law doesn't allow us to use deadly force to protect property, on our life.

Unfortunately not, but it should be ok to shoot anybody who enters your home uninvited.

No, it just makes the landowner feel more powerful. Until they're arrested for manslaughter...
