There are two ads on the first page of this site for pups available in Texas (didn't check any further but there may be more):
http://www.pupcity.com/puppies-for-sale/brussels-griffon.asp
The seem to start at $590.

You could also try this site that lists breeders:
http://www.doggies.com/Brussels_Griffon/Texas

These might also help:

Verdell, the dog in the film As Good As It Gets was gorgeous!

First step would be to do more research about the breed to make sure it's the right one for you. The breed's parent club website is a good place to start: http://www.brussels-griffon.info/
Next, contact the club to find a responsible breeder in your region, one that does the appropriate health testing, temperament testing, etc. Breeders who show their dogs almost always have pups in their litters that for one reason or another do not display potential for the show ring, but will still make healthy, happy, wonderful pets. These are the best way to go, as the breeder has done everything possible to make sure these pups are healthy and raised correctly.
Another great option is to adopt a rescued BG. You can often find 1-2 year old dogs available, which gives you the advantage of not having to housetrain a puppy. The breed rescue website is: http://www.brusselsgriffonrescue.org/ or try searching on http://www.petfinder.com/
Also, be aware that this is a breed which will require regular grooming, an extra expense to take into consideration if you decide to use a professional groomer as opposed to learning to groom the pup yourself.
Good luck in your search!

You could always try Canton Trades Day.....Canton, Texas...the weekend before the first monday of the month... it depends on the breeder how much they sale for...but if you buy a dog out there be sure to take it to the vet with a week because. There is alot of dogs that get sold out there and not all of them are the healthiest.
