What if I missed my period this past month, and I know I'm not pregnant (wouldn't be possible). Is there something wrong? Or is it kind of normal for a 19 year old to miss one every now and then?

Are you stressed out? Probably in college?
Are you athletic?
It seems very normal for a 19 year old to miss a period..there are all kinds of stress factors that can play a role in this, but if you just feel weird...go an see you doctor to see what he or she may have to say.

Don't overworry, it's normal to miss one now and then, also for more spaces sometimes between them. Mine used to be for a year 45 days apart and last 2 days, then it went 28 days apart lasting 7 days, and it varies. Stress can make you skip a month or be late. If you miss more than 3 though I would go to the dr to be sure nothing is wrong like an ovarian cyst, which can go either way over periods with heavy bleeding or none. I had a cyst over 1 ovary covered the whole thing and I didn't have 3 periods in a row, got checked out and they found that, so get checked out if you need to, and don't worry a month or even 2 is normal with hormonal changes.

if you work out alot or are a a low weight then it wouldn't be weird for you to miss your period at times, i miss periods all the time and my doctor says everything looks ok with my estrogen levels, etc.
