Since I'm the one who knows me the best - my fears and my weaknesses, my strengths and my skills - I like to be the one who sets challenges for myself. I'm motivated by my interest in seeing what I can do, what my limits are. I don't want to grow old wondering what I could have done if I had just tried a little harder...

I get my motivation from my relationship with Jesus, as opposed to religion. And I also obtain it by learning and passing life’s lessons as I journey through this thing we call life.

It's best to motivate yourself. Someone can give you confidence, but you won't always and can't rely on it. You know yourself more than anyone!

my motivation comes from my son. i didn't have much growing up and didn't have the best relationship with my mother so i try to be the best i can (It ain't easy) but i know i want the best for him so that means i have to do my best
