the people already boycotted the reps and conservatives by their verdict in November.

I am sure that would work just about as well as the left's attack against Wal-Mart. Organized boycotts are a waste of time for the most part. If you don't like the politics of a company then you certainly have a right not to do business with them, but I have an issue with the idea of boycotting people. We are all supposed to be Americans and part of that is the right to free speech and expression. I am conservative, I don't like many things liberal, but I respect their right to hold whatever opinions they choose and do not feel myself ill used just because they do not agree with me. The idea of imposing sanctions against others because of political thinking smacks of the thought police and its very mention is a form of fascism. Want to fight liberal ideology, speak the truth, be honest with facts and respect the right to dissent. In the end you will be more respected if you follow these principles then if you take any other aggressive course of action designed to inhibit. Remember this fact, you will rarely be viewed in a negative light if you always take the high road, but you will always be viewed negatively when you engage in base behavior.

boycott anybody you want, it's an American act of dissidence. If a company is competitive and supplies a useful product, your efforts will be futile...what company do you have in mind, I can't think of a Liberal Democrat company right off hand...many people keep their politics separate from their business....when you make whatzits, you usually don't say they are Liberal whatzits....a person might boycott a company for doing illegal acts or causing the population some harm, but to boycott them for being Liberal seems stupid. I guess that whole 'Being the minority' thing gets you down huh?
You obviously arent educated enough to know that boycotts for purely business reasons rarely achieve their aims and usually have unintended concequences.
Personally if you choose NOT to do business with somebody beccuase you dont like their political views then more power to you, its kind of Un-American but then not everyone can be a patriot.

While I am as distressed as anyone about how the left is trampling all over the views and rights of the right I also think that caution is necessary because a nation divided against itself cannot stand.
Rather than the (ridiculous) notion of negotiating with countries like Iran, perhaps we should consider negotiating with the left. I am not saying that would help and I know it has been tried many times but....

You don't understand, ignoring them won't make them go away. Have you ever been in a department store and seen a mommy busily shopping while ignoring her bratty kid who's screaming at the top of his/her lungs and all red in the face? Think of it that way. They'll still be out there throwing tantrums. The best way to handle it is to give them a good paddling and send then to the car with their father.

Go ahead.. We don't care. Whatever is left of you can move on to Iraq. Since it seems as if you care more about the Middle East than the U.S.

Perhaps, but the greater good to society would not be able to eclipse the good that would exist if you had been aborted.
