Yes, they can, and repeatedly with sufficient stimulation. In general, this happens more frequently when her partner spends extra time stimulating her using fingers, a vibrator, or another sex toy. The result of a woman 'squirting' (as is the more common term) is usually more intense than a typical orgasm.

Some women do. Doctors claim that every woman has the ability to ejaculate -- it just takes some experimentation and proper development of certain muscles. How much ejaculate does your average woman emit? Hard to say. For some women it's a small trickle, for others it's a stream that can travel anywhere from a couple of inches to over 4 feet (that is, if you believe the stories -- there's a porn star called Cytheria who supposedly ejaculates in a powerful stream that travels several feet, but skeptics note that she drinks a lot of water so they're not sure if it's really ejaculate or if it's urine).

I would say it depends more on the guy! For women though, I don't think its referred to as "ejaculation".

Try wikipedia under "female orgasm" it says that usually its more like spraying but it can be trained into a light stream..
