Man Utd is the biggest fan base worldwide followed by Barcelona and real Madrid.
The second biggest fan base in UK after Man Utd was Celtic but obviously Chelsea may have overtaken that now with all the glory hunters

I would say that Manchester Utd has the most supporters. As an American, even when I had no interest in football, I nonetheless knew about David Beckham and Manchester United.

There is no way of knowing for sure, but there are several very big clubs that are supported worldwide due to their commercial ties and cultural/historical links with other countries. An informed guess (in order of size) would be:
Man U
Glasgow Celtic
Glasgow Rangers
Liverpool
Real Madrid
Barcelona
AC Milan
Benfecia
Don't know where the idiot got Chelsea from they certainly don't feature. You may be able to big the biggest stars and the league but you can't buy a fan base or a history

Italy - Even though i'm not a supporter of the cheaters!!! itz the truth
and in clubs i gotta say Arsenal and Man U. Man U has the most but i think itzz only becuz of C. Ronaldo and Rooney, but they do have the most supporters. Oh and i lmost forgot Barcelona.
