oh man ... how about you search the answers, and find the right one. There are at least 50 people every day asking the same question.
Here is the answer, again, - if it is blocked - there is obviously a reason for it and you should not be screwing around with proxy servers that could get you around your company's firewall. Also, most likely, you have signed a paper when you were hired that restricts the access to the personal and storage websites, and you shouldn't be going to those because you CAN get fired for not following company policy.
If neither of what I said earlier is true then go to your LAN administrator and ask him about a blocked website. And here is a quick answer for you -- "No, we can not unblock it."
