How would I go about finding a wardrobe stylist in NYC?

I don't have thousands to spend on clothes but I would like help on putting pieces together. What is the cost range for such a service? Do you have another suggestions?

Most of the large Department stores have personal shopers, that are free. they will recommed items that will suit you taste and budget
