Yes, There are two types of massages sensual and therapeutic. Sensual massages relief sexual stress and therapeutic relief’s physical tension. Both makes you feel excellent. If the masseuse is a novice they make use too much pressure but you can inform them of this and it will be OK.

Here is the thing about massage - it is a great art and also easy to learn. Go take a class with your BF or GF. You'll find a massage from a friend to be as good or better than a lot of "professional" massages, because there is more connectedness in the touch.
Good luck!

Depends on the masseur, and on the massagee's "comfort" with the idea of being massaged. Even the best masseur couldn't give a good massage to a person who was nervous about getting a massage or just too tense to relax, and even if you love massage you'd probably get a lousy massage from a bad masseur. But with a good masseur and the right frame of mind a massage can be absolutely wonderful.

Almost anyone - from infants to seniors - can enjoy the benefits of a good massage.
Massage is one of the oldest healing arts. Chinese records dating back 3,000 years document its use. The ancient Hindus, Persians, and Egyptians applied forms of massage for many ailments, and Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems.
Today, the benefits of massage are varied and far-reaching, says Les Sweeney, executive vice president of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). Massage therapy has proven beneficial for many chronic conditions, including low back pain, arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, immunity suppression, infertility, smoking cessation, depression, and more. And, as so many of us already know, massage also helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday living that can lead to disease and illness
I get massages on a regular basis, and put simply they feel wonderful. I have not had any bad experiences, but I'm sure it does happen. Get an opinion from a doctor or chiropractor on who they think is reputable. Once you get hooked on them they are tough to give up.

I want one and i am thinking of scheduling an appointment for one. I had one my husband and it felt great! My suggestion is what other people told me..stones are a money trap..deep tissue is the only way to go and don't go to anyone who is not licensed. Reiki is great too but it must be done by someone who is very spiritual. You can tell if they are because you suddenly become very relaxed and feel chills up you spine and feel like your in a trance. Reiki healed my twisted bruised foot. This is not massage its more laying of hands on your chakra's I think swedish massage would be good too because it concentrates on kneeding the tissues..which could be too hard for some people who are sensitive.

Massage is great! You HAVE to drink a lot of water after though because it releases a bunch of toxins that need to be flushed! You should make sure if its a deep tissue rub you only let a pro do it cause someone untrained may hurt you!

Highly recommended!
I have had several professional massages and have found them to be helpful in both loosening up chronically tense areas as well as a wonderful aid to general relaxation.

Oh, man!!! That is the most recommended therapy for your body. It prevents the accumulation of fat, promotes the circulation of blood, the body tissues restores, activates the enlargement of the vein and vessels. Burn fat tissue. Keep the muscles toned. I suggest that you try the first time and then go to bed. The following day is another one.
