can heckers control my pc? ( i mean take informations form my pc and take a look at my folders and etc , other that password.)

yes they can control your pc, all they need is a small entry point into the system to begin with - this can then be expanded on to gain more and more control over the computer.
once through the door, they can view any of your files, plant trojans or software to monitor what you do on that computer, or remote administration programs to watch your screen live.
if they gain a decent amount of access into the computer, they can do everything to your computer that you can do while sat at it.

They could, but if you have a firewall running at all times, then you should be relatively safe. They can take files and information from your computer. They could also look through your webcam even if your webcam is turned off (newer webcams have fixed this problem, though).

Yes. They can install remote control software that will let them watch your screen and see what you are doing, move your mouse, log your keystrokes, read your files, etc. Just about anything is possible.

yes they can access your pc and use it as a aombie pc to spread spam,virus's etc..
they can access your files etc.. also
