Pretty names. I also like Isabella and Arabella (I don't know if the second one is an Italian name though).

Names with Toni in them or that Toni can spin off of have been the one of the most popular for Italian Americans since atleast the turn of last Century (I have known of some born in like 1902).
Tilli and Talli end up out of things,.. like your expecting Talia but people will say Tilli and Talli.
Bella and BellaDora are beautiful (I'm not translateing with this either) and find their way into every country.
Lucia is becomeing popular because of Video Games,.. but it's not good once you get use to it.
Nicola, Nicoli,... whatever,.. it's a great name,.. but you can't say much else past that XD

Also, type in baby names in your search engine and you would be amazed at how many sites you can just look at Italian names. If you also go to the social security site, they have a link on there that has the top names of every year and what Number ranking that name falls in.

Mia, Mina, Teresa, Alia, Maria, and Dora is an Italian name (the leading lady in La Vie e Betta or Life is Beautiful!), Elena, Lidia, Nicoletta, Sophia, Appollonia. Just to name a few! :)
I do like Bella, but if it in it's proper use Issabella. The Issa makes the name mean MOST beautiful. So yeah I'm a sucker for hidden meaning.

Ha ha im having the same problem..My husband is Italian and im half italian..both my sons have italian names!! Now we are expecting a daughter..all the name we had were for boys..so now we are struggling! But I do like Gia alot...my son is called Gio. :))
