How small? I've gotten 1 gallon containers of mortar.

You can buy a half gallon container of dry mix that you just add water to.

And depending on the use, they have various mortars, adhesives and crack fillers. There are also 'tubes' for use in a caulking gun for pointing work.

I've never seen pre-mixed cement other than as dry bags of premix. If you mean with water already added, I doubt it. The catalyst in cement reacts with water and starts to harden when the water is added, independently of whether or not it's exposed to air. But dry bags of pre-mix... yes, they exist.

Yes you can, most hardware stores or feed stores sell this product. Home Depot sells it, also Lowe's sells it. You can even buy a cheap plastic tub to mix it in.

Not that I've noticed. I always use the bag of Ready-Crete that you mix with water to make cement.
