1) Roman Gabriel. 29,444 yards 201TD's 149INT's and he's not in the hall of fame?
2) Randall Cunningham. As a Giants fan, this guy gave me nightmares!
3) Warren Moon
4) Ken Anderson
5) Phil Simms
6) Jim Everett
7) Jim Plunkett
8) Ken O'Brien
9) Doug Williams
10) Doug Flutie
Most overrated- Joe Namath (173TDS 220INTS and the worst QB rating of any QB in the Hall of Fame 65.5)
Terry Bradshaw- he won 4 super bowls because of his defense and his incredible WR's (Swann, Stallworth) and of course RB (Franco Harris). Give Dan Marino those players and he's wins 8 Super Bowls.
Hey P P, Warren Moon was a bum? His stats weren't good? Do some research before you look like a fool. 49,325 yards and 291 TDS looks pretty good to me

1. Warren Moon- one of the most prolific passer in NFL history and hardly ever gets mentioned.
2. Len Dawson- one of the first great QB's in NFL history, in the hall of fame, but you never hear him mentioned.
3. Jeff George- was he bad or the teams he played on bad, or a little of both, I'm kind of on the fence on this one.
4. Stan Humphrey- Led the Chargers on a pretty good 3 or 4 year run, never hear anything about him.
5. Boomer Esiason- sure he's an analyst now and really well know, but he was also a pretty good quarterback.
6. Trent Green- last 5 seasons, before this year, was tops in the nfl, right up there with Manning and the rest, yet you never hear anything about him.

I'm afraid you can't refer to Kurt Warner as underrated. He won MVP trophies. I think the guy who said Elvis Grbac is correct. I think Trent Dilfer is a great example. All he ever did was win football games. I like Dave Krieg. He put up some good numbers with some bad teams. Eric Kramer was a solid starter. It's hard to say Steve Young is underrrated, isn't he a 1st ballot hall-of-famer? Trent Green is a guy who puts up big numbers, but unless they win a championship i the next couple of years he won't get eny career recognition, like the hall-of-fame. Even then he would be questionable to get in.

RIVERS! Threw the most touchdowns last year and 2nd in passing yards. And he didn't even go to the prowbowl. Did better than Favre Manning, Rodgers. The only better quarterback than him last year was brees. X-charger. All good quarterbacks come out of san diego. But there both underated. All they talk about is Tony Homo and Tom Brady.

MY top would be Steve Young. he had to come in and replace a legend in Joe Montana. Not only did he do that, he exceeded Joe is most categories, with the exception of the Superbowl wins (which is Huge i know). His passing rating was awesome for several years in a row. Killed the chargers in the only Superbowl he played in, but does have 3 rings also
2. Steve Mcnair - Just plugs along but does not get the kudos.
3. Warren Moon - Passing machine, but rarely get mentions with the good qb's
4. Trent Dilfer - this hurts me, because i hate this guy.
5. Jim (Chris) Everett

1) Johnny U. How can the best QB of all time be underrated, you ask? People keep lumping in other great QB's with Unitas, when all your Montanas, Marinos and Elways should really just be the answer to "Who's the 2nd greatest QB ever?"
2) Warren Moon
3) Doug Flutie
4) Roger Staubach
5) Len Dawson

Doug Williams was a bum. He had one good game.
Warren Moon was a bum. He played half of his career in the Canadian league. His stats in the NFL aren't that good.

Elvis Grbac
Doug Williams
Rick Mirer
Borat; have you ever watched a football game? Doug Williams was a good QB, but Grbac was a huge bust @ KC, and Mirer is one of the biggest busts in NFL history next to Ryan Leaf. Bout it? Not bout it. Poor knowledge my friend.

Until Phil Sims gets into the Hall of Fame, I think he's considered underrated.
