I think it would be understanding our emotions (I know that sounds kind of vague) Woman are emotional beings and men just aren't. and it's more than just a sterotype, there's psychological studies behind this.
like anniverseries are important to women because to us its a symbol of our love and commitmet and it's to be celebrated. Men just don't think that way. To them, it's just another day. It dosn't mean they don't love us or aren't as commited. It just means they express their feelings differently. so when we get all "bent out of shape" about it and are feeling unappreciated, men don't understand why. [Then we get mad and yell, and later on we cry. And now the poor man has no idea what the big deal is, and this is when we turn off the game in the last 15 seconds with the score tied and say "we need to talk! : ) ]
seriously though, I think if women just understood this about men and men tried to be a little more aware of these things, it would make for better relationships : )

men don't understand that women are just the same as they are. We have the same urges, ideas etc...we are just a lot more subtle about it. We have always been taught we can't be that way so we keep it to ourselves. But a liberated woman is no different then they are.
