I think the Colts will lose the AFC Championship. Its not nessesarily that the Colts can't pick up the blitz, they COULD pick up the blitz. Usually the Center is the one that calls Blocking audibles that tell the linemen when and where to block, and who to block. However with the Colts, it is Peyton Manning pointing out blitzers so his line will know who to pick up. Once a 3-4 Defense comes in however, then Manning is having trouble with blitzers, because there is 4 new spots a blitzer may come from, thus in a 3-4 it is much easier to mask a blitz, so Manning cannot audible for this.
Look at this year, almost all teams that run a 3-4 defesne has at least 2 sacks on Manning. where as only one or two 4-3 defense have any sacks on him
last year in the AFC championship the steelers run a 3-4. This year Dallas who beat them runs a 3-4. I am a niners fan and i still remember last year (2005) against the niners he had a rating of barely 80, with 1 sack and 2 INTs, last year the niners were last in the league in defense, but they run a 3-4 defense too

I am not a Colts fan, but i have to laugh when I hear all these people saying the Colts have no chance. Yes, their defense does need to pick it up. However, they have the most explosive offense in football, and when they are on, they can not be stopped by anyone. Their offensive outburts will help overcome their defenseive shortcomings.
Let us not forget the Colts when INTO New England and beat the patriots very easily. They have a better kicker this year, and I think they will be in the superbowl from the AFC.

I don't think they'll lose the AFC Championship because they won't be at the AFC Championship game.

The Colts are more vulnerable than ever this year, and it is starting to show. They lack toughness and attitude, and that is why they will lose in the first round of the playoffs.

No, they will lose the AFC championship b/c they can't stop the run and that is bad news if you have to play against LT.

I am a huge colts fan. they will win the AFC. Peyton does it every time. You watch and see... GO COLTS......
