Yes, Ben Freeman who plays Scott Windsor, he's been accused of raping a British tourist/lady while he was abroad on holiday, but has been given bail so can return to this country temporarily before having to return for his trial, if found guilty he may have to serve along time in jail but reports say the allegations are suspicious as the lady it has been reported was spotted by other people sunbathing on the beach shortly after the rape supposedly took place, will just have to see what happens when it goes to court and what the evidence etc is.

Ben Freeman, 26, was arrested and charged with the rape of a British woman by Barbadian police last week.

Yeah the young guy that works in the garage...Ben Freeman I think his name is. Read he's returning to Britain but has to go back to Barbados or wherever to face trial.

yeah him, but i read the girl who said she was raped spent the next day sunbathing. not the first thing you would do if u had been raped....
she could be telling the truth but dont forget there are lots of flase accusations especially when they know someone is famous
