I don't know where to start. When I got pregnant with my first son I weighed 120 went up to 156 18months later I was 142 then I got pregnant with my second son and in my first 3 months went down to 130 I was 156 when I had him and now I am 146. I don't really mind the pounds as much as my (Momma Flab). My goal is 130 but I really want a flat tummy. HELP!!!

There is a great exercises called The Camel Walk. (I know, I crack up every time I say it! :)
But you walk around on all fours, your hands and feet, not knees, in a kind of triangle shape. I would "walk" around the living room about 10 times everyday and in addition to simple toe touches,(recommended by my doctor as one of the best post-partum exercises.) this is what helped me get back my before baby belly after I had my fourth child. It took a few months (about 9) but remember, it took your body 9 months to get like it is and will take a while to get it back into shape. Just be diligent about it and don't get discouraged and it will happen. And remember, when you want that candy bar, reach for an apple. They are really good for you and apples are natural appetite suppressants. Good luck and congratulations!!

I have the same problem. My son is 5 months old and I've lost all the weight, but the belly still looks three months pregnant. I heard you have to work out hard like 2 hours a day for awhile until it goes away. It is possible but we just have to work really hard for it. I do breast feed but that only helps so much.

Strength train and cardio and you have to eat right too. I am doing Taebo because its a good cardio workout and its good for toning. I just started but I'm already losing inches. I still have the mommy flab that you speak of but its even starting to look better. My fiancee has even noticed. Try it out. It might work for you.

Oh and cut out soda and drink lots of water!!!!

Lots of hard work I know but thats the only real weigh to lose weight and inches and keep it off. It's also more healthy for you to do it the right way.

good luck

Unfortunately spot reduction does not really work. you need to work out the whole body to achieve the flat belly. I would recommend at least 30 min of cardio 5 time a day and 30 min of strenght trainning. Do a lot of sit ups that might help.

it will go when its ready. i had my son nearly four years ago and my mommy belly is just now deciding its time to shrink. dont eat after 8pm. everything eaten that late turns to fat. stomach crunches and sit ups help any exercise thats active will help. talk to yuor doctor before beginning any program though. they can best advise you. and so you know you may not ever have a flat tummy again. those muscles are now stretched. celebs get tummy tucks and tons of lipo and other things done to get their bodies back

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news...but after 2 babies the only way you are gonna get rid of that flab belly is by doing a tummy tuck.
