I heard that she was working on new projects. I like Mya but if she was smart, she'd come out with something upbeat to play up her dance abilities. The competition out there is fierce and Mya's doesn't seem to have much vocal ability. I think she'd have to come out extra sexual to get noticed now otherwise she stands facing the same situation that Brandy faced, not being able to be seen as a grown woman.

Mya was currently in the studio recording her new album. Her new album Liberation was set to be released last year but the release date has been constantly pushed back
