What are the signs of a cheating man?

I caught my hubby talking to a girl inappropriately on myspace. He has never been the cheating type. Anyway, I have been wondering if he has ever crossed the line with her. He said that it was stupid and he just would send messages back and forth to her. She would call him too. How can I tell if he has slept with her or not?

I hope this is not happening to you, but atleast it seems that you have your wits about you and are not quite an emotional wreck. Here are few things that I would try to observe:

1. Is he shying away from you in the BR dept?
2. Is he trying new lovemaking techniques with you?
3. New clothes, haircut...newfound interest/ change in overall appearance?
4. Does he insist on no signs of kids in the car (if applicable)?
5. When he comes home does he head straight for the bathroom?
6. Does he avoid eye contact when having direct conversations?
7. Is he often fiddling (more than usual) with his cellphone? Is he peculiar with his cellphone (and cell phone bill) in general?
8. Is he nervouse or jumpy around the computer now?
9. Is he protective of shared accounts? (bank statements, etc)?

Also, check is odometer (even the tripped miles) of his car if (if you guys don't share one)....get familiar with how many miles he commutes to notice a downward trend.

Well he would be going out and not telling you where he is, maybe buying a new cologne or some new clothes. Plus he would probably take a shower when coming home and avoid you until he does. I know my sister and law had the same problem. I remember your question before that this girl lives in the same town. If they are sending messages and talking on the phone then they definetely on the road to an affair - if not have one already. But the only way you will honestly tell if he has slept with her or not, is ask him and see what he says and how he reacts. Good luck!

In my experience myspace is simply a bit of flirting in cyberspace and very rarely becomes actual and physical. Id just let it go for now but keep an eye out for any unusual behaviour in future. I guess the next step will be the mobile phone....if he starts hiding that from you then worry.

Install a keystroke logger and see if you can get the info you want.... Men are typically curious and I would not consider the above cheating but my wife does.....

Also check to see credit card bills, the bank account for money that mey not be accounted for...

WELL you answered your own question about him "crossing the line" he CALLED her....HELLOOOOOOOOO Wake up sweetie, there is innocent chatting on line, but actually placing a voice w/ the other person and talking to them on the phone, there is only one reason for him to do that. Give him a chance to come clean and if he doesn't, call her yourself! If it is so innocent you should be able to call her without him caring! Which i bet he refuses for you to call her, go w/ your women's tuition here!

i'd like to believe men and women could be friends without being sexual, but its never happened in my experience

if you trust him and you think the conversation between him and his friend is genuine, then thats all good

i caught my husband flirtingonline with girls for months and months and he said it was only harmless fun, next thing i found him sleeping with my friend, so, i think it progressed from there---

quite often, men like to see how much then can get away with - you know, like a child -- 'how far can i push her before she cracks up and gives me an excuse to leave her'

Can't look you in the eye! Find out where she lives if you can. Maybe she is from another state and all he is doing is being male. The male ego is a tricky thing, so what out!
