whats the song called and who sings it during the credits of the TV show Higher Ground?

I think it's just the Theme to Higher Ground, but it's by Matthew Hastings. Found this on the web:

"Matthew Hastings was an Executive Producer and Creator of Higher Ground, a Fox Family original, one-hour drama series in association with Paramount Television. Hastings wrote and directed a number of the 22 episodes, as well as co-wrote the theme song."
