Here's something that I do all the time..... go to a second-hand clothing store like lifeline and look for the style of shoes that you want regardless of their colour. Take them home and if they are leather use methylated spirits to remove the colour so they are no longer shiney. Buy some black paint (like acrylic paints) and paint them the colour you want!
I did this when I wanted a pair of strappy heels to go with my dress for a wedding. I bought some beads and stuff and decorated them. The number of people who commented on my shoes was amazing. Have fun!

Girl you can find them anywhere. Where do you live? I live in philadelphia and they have a store called bare feet shoes and you can find those shoes in there for no more than $20. I can't believe Payless does not have them. Try different Payless's every store has different shoes. I see those shoes all the time in Payless.

I don't think your gonns find anything cheaper. But they sell really cheap cute shoes at CHARLOTTE RUSE if they is a store near you i would pop in and check it out
