all my music files are Mpeg4 will this make a difference?

iTunes is just for iPods so no I dont think so (i havent heard of iAudio so dont quote me" but if you want to synchronise your Music library you can do it just as easily on Windows Media Player and that will Work with almost any portable music device

Yes , if the format of the i tunes songs are mp3 too, but your iAudio will not accept MP4 format.

I think it should work, as long as your music files are in .mp3 or .wma format then they will work.
