My BF is 19 and he still lives with his parents. He likes games and videos and is really into the "Italian mob" scene...I have a limit of $50 and I need to know what to get him...ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL DO! THIS IS A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH.

Do you know any of his friends who also like games? You could ask one of them which game your boyfriend wants to buy in the future and get that for him (the games are all around that amount of money).
As I also like video games, to be really special try buying a game that is recent or just out (that way he won't have it yet) and choose one you would like or think could play with him. When you give him the game, you will see the best present will be sharing an afternoon with him playing your video game.

The Sopranos came out with a video game. Its called "The Road to Respect" If he's into the Mob and Games he sould enjoy it.

If he has XBox, The Godfather video game is about as badasssss as you can get. And really true to the films.
Can't say the same for the scarface and sopranos games (haven't played them), but they look pretty freaking sweet.
