If you go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/structure and type "angiotensis converting enzyme" into the search box, you'll get several "hits". About the 4th one in the list says "angiotensis converting enzyme". When you click on that, you'll be taken to a different page. Change the box that says "CN3D" to "rasmol" and then click "view 3D structure". You will have to have a helper application called "CHIME" installed in your computer, but you'll then be able to see the whole protein molecule.

You can also go to the protein databank http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/home and do the same search. When you find the right result, you can open that, and then on the left side of the page you have several options under "display structure". Click on the Jmol option and you can view and manipulate the structure there...

Good luck.
