I have recently been put on a lower dose of the pill and ive been taking when i should be and never forgotten it. I have 10 pills left until i stop for my period, but today i had 2 tiny spots of blood! and this is usually the day i get my period on! Freaky! Is this normal? I never had anything like this when i was on my last pill and that was for 2 years.
I've also been getting symptoms as if its my time of the month..

Yes, totally normal. Most pills now are a mix of two hormones, an estrogen and a progesterone. Each woman's hormone levels and reaction to them are different. Too little progestin: late cycle breakthrough bleeding, no period, or excess bleeding during period

the pill doesn't stop your periods but if you start taking them you might spot between periods
