well, i always say bless you when someone sneezes, it's just polite that way

If you are feeling secular, or don't feel it necessary to bring your cold to God's attention, you could use the German word Gesundheit. As in many other languages, this is literally the word for "health." Spanish (salud) and French (salut) likewise use the word for "health." Which only makes sense for someone feeling sick!
