I get lots of spam on my outlook express email how can i block spam on my account? also anyone know a free download that is good for virus scanning and removing for free? help as my computer gets too messed up

Comodo software makes a free spam software if you have win xp....and if it is as good as their firewall you will have a terrific spam mail system for free!!
