I've only been to Walt Disney World in Florida, so here are my favorite rides at the four theme parks...
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park - Expedition Everest: Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
Disney-MGM Studios - Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
EPCOT - Test Track
Magic Kingdom - The Haunted Mansion
Like you, I think my most favorite would be the Haunted Mansion. It's a classic and one of the last attractions Walt Disney himself influenced. And no matter how many times you ride it, you can always notice something new or different.

Haunted Mansion is an all time favorite... I can almost recite the whole dialog. At Disneyland - Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, Big Thunder Railroad. At Disney California Adventure - California Screaming --- By far one of the best coasters I have been on in a long time.

Hmmm... Matterhorn Bobsleds, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Pirates of the Carribean andddd... of course, The Haunted Mansion :)
Hmmm... if I could include Cali. Adventure, I also like the Tower of Terror, Grizzly River Run and California Screamin!

There are so many to list, however, I would have to say the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Carribean, the Railroad Express and the Paddle Wheel boat is fabulous. I also love Main Street. There is so much! A must to see.

Thrill Rides: Tower of Terror and Rock-N-Roller coaster at Studios. Family Rides: The Haunted Mansion and Pirates at MK. Expediation Everest is cool at DAK, but a little short.
Having worked there, it was a blast riding them everyday.

The Haunted Mansion. It's the Godfather of dark rides.
