There will be no 'outcome' - just another photo opportunity so that gullible Americans and the Britains can be conned into thinking something is actually being accomplished.
The U.S. will dominate Iraq until we've sucked every drop of OIL from its sands. That's why we're building the largest embassy in the world on a 104-acre site in downtown Baghdad overlooking the 'new' Iraqi puppet government installed by the Bush administration.
While the Study Group Report was hastily put together to assuage American voters, the nameless, faceless sub-humans who actually control our government from behind-the-scenes will not allow Bush - or any other President - to change the course of this 'war'. The massive profits for the oil companies, and contractors such as Halliburton; Bechtol; Carlyle Group; and hundreds of military-industrial complex suppliers are far too great.
Blair and Bush are mere puppets dangled out in front of the naive public for the sake of appearances; that way we think we actually have a 'say' in what our governments do. -RKO-

The same thing that always happens... talking in circles, preaching the same rhetoric that's been shoved down everyone's throat from the get-go... "stopping terrorism, promoting freedom, spreading democracy." They're all loaded words that are starting to lose meaning. The only thing that Bush and Blair could possibly accomplish is a hazy prospective date (which will keep being pushed back) to let Iraq decide if it can govern itself.

The Iraqi people will under no circumstances settle for a puppet government set up via those 2 clowns. they might desire to have the final to their own land and set up any style of government they choose, even though if united statesa. and England does not like it.
