I believe A.M.U stands for Atomic Mass Units, and is the relative (average) weight of all the known isotopes of a particular element

example A.M.U of Carbon is 12amu

Atomic mass unit. I don't know what M.E.V. is, but
1 gram equals 6.02*10^23 amu.
