At this age 14 is too young to be going out with an 18 year old. Girls mature faster than boys so he is probably not as mature as her. If they are sexually active then that is statutory rape. It would be ok if he was 24 and she was 28, but for now they should wait to start dating.

NO that's against the law, and it's just wrong.
In ten years when the woman is 28 and the man is 24 it will be fine, but for now.... no. Any 14 year old child is not old enough to understand or handle a relationship with an adult.

as long as nothing happens cause it is illegal
but if you are just going out
but if i was 18 and was going out with a 14 year old it doesnt look every good

Technically, it is illegal if you are sexually active. At least, in my state it is. I guess it is wrong to be going out with him if his parents don't know about it or don't approve of it.
My advice for this would be to avoid it at all costs. Besides, older men can offer more than a 14 year old boy.

Being there is a great deal of difference between maturity at those two ages, I don't think it is a good idea at all. And boys lag in maturity as it is. Find a guy 2 years older than you are.
