Many stores sell liquid wallpaper strippers which work quite well, especially if there is hard plaster underneath.

Depending on how long the wall paper has been up, you might need to get a commercial wallpaper removal liquid. Wallpaper now can be removed wiht water. Spray some water on a out of the way area and see if it comes off easily. If not go to the nearest home store like Lowes or Home Deport and find the commercial stuff. It is not hard, just time comsuming..

If the wallpaper's adhesive is very strong you can actually pull the paper that is bound to the drywall. However, if you do this some plaster and paint would fix this. I suggest you need to evaluate as to wheather it is possible to remove the wallpaper. If the wallpaper is toooo strong. It is more sutable to paint over it. Otherwise use a heat gun and start pulling. As long as the glue is heated which makes it lose it should come off easily

That depends on how you remove the wallpaper. Generally, no, and it's an easy fix if the wall is damaged.

Try using a 'paper tiger' it's round and has wheels with teeth on them, you run it all over to wall to pierce small holes in the wallpaper then spray a solution on to loosen the paper. It will usually just peel right off then with no damage to the walls. They have everything you need in Home Depot or Lowes.

get a twig bottle and use warm water and liquid fabric softener. squirt onto partitions and permit it soak in slightly. you will have the skill to peel off the 1st paper layer and could might desire to spray back, permit soak and scrap off the glued paper layer. use a moist sponge to bathe down the wall once you get all of it off, permit dry then paint. you will get a scorrer to attain the wallpaper first then soak, yet you truly do no longer might desire to except the paper is actual tricky to get off.
