I would have been harsh to say that crouch does not deserve to play on a team like liverpool, but i say him score to great goals for them against Galatasaray and thoses goals were better than that of Gerrard. I guess some players need molding to become good and that is what the coach of liverpool is doing, investing in players for the future. so in that respect i would think that crouch could play for liverpool imagine if people thought of players by their immediat skill then ronaldo and others would not have attained the level they are at now so give the player some slack. he cant really control but he has spirit and with that willingness that is enough to make anyteam!!!

Crouch, definitely world class, i a a liverpool fan but when he first signed i thought whats the point, has liverpool sgned him to clean the roof of the stadium or what, but 2 months before the world cup he started to coem to form for liveprool adn england, getting a hatrik against jamaica, england fans wer ehoping good of crouch during the world cup but he wasnt at all at his best, he was only in the team becos rooney was injured and michael owen and him were th only players acceptible enough too play (but that was just plain stupidmr erikon taking walcott, what the hell did he ever do to deserve a place) anyway.... getting back to the queston, crouch scored 1 goal in 3 1/2 games becos ronney came back from injury bt owen got injured forcing him to come back on, anyway to sum up his world cup he was crud lol. Now after the world cup, that was a different story, after the world cup he was scoring liek eating sweets for club and country and has bagged 14 goals for club and country so far and its not even half way! beating any of henry's records. This week newcastle placed a £7 million pound bid for crouch in january and within half a hour benitez replied publically "we are not selling one of our most prized strikers we are needing him for the near future"

Crouch will now have to defend his pace because kuyt, bellmay and fowler are on scoring form, andnow liverpool have been taken over by Sheik Mahmad someone we have 15 billion pounds in our bank 2 billion more than chelsea and our ne owner has given us 80 million to spend in the january transfer window, and benitez admitted he is looking to bid for 2 real madrid strikers and one of madrids defenders (true stroy read it in the paper) so crouch will definitely be up for a chllenge for his liverpool place.
