No fish have gills and swim and crab has a hard shell (sometimes they have soft shells but even a 'soft shell' crab is harder skinned than a fish) and crab walk.

Crab are more closely related to lobsters in their make up than they are to fish.

No they are not the same. The main differences are , the crab belongs to the subphylum invertebrate, which means without backbone, and the group crustaceans, with the following general characteristics: body segmented with a hardened shell limbs, have two pairs of antennae, they respirate by gills, they can survive outside the water, or are terrestrial animals.

On the other hand, the fish belongs to the subphylum vertebrate, meaning with a backbone, aquatic which live in water and cannot survive out of it, or on land. Most of them are cold-blooded but there are some exceptions which are warm blooded.. They cannot survive out of water.

No... a fish is a vertebrate (it has bones), that swims. A crab is an invertebrate (it has no bones - it's outer shell is its protection).

Fish are found in various bodies of water and cannot be terrestrial (some fish can go on land for a while but all must return to water). Crabs are found in brackish and salt water only, and they can be semi-terrestrial.

Fish are cold blooded animals that live in the water, they have gills, fins, and skin covered with scales. Crabs are crustaceans meaning they have a hard shell that protects their body, they have 5 legs, and claws, they are found in oceans as well.
