If one changes the past, one would stand in a different place in the present. This place is an unknown and thus void of meaning. Hind-sight may be 20-20, but the out come of a different past is and may forever be blurry. My advise is to stick with the present and change now.

Yes, I would have listened more to my grandparents (who raised me) stories instead of rolling my eyes like I was inconvenienced. Why? Because now they are gone and I miss them and wish I had appreciated them more. I would not have moaned and groaned when they asked me to do something for them. I also would have chosen a different education. I have a degree in Economics which is really boring actually to me anyway and I wish I had chosen to study religion or psychology or nutrition. These are more interesting to me at the moment.

I don't know that I would change anything, because I learned from them, bad or good. But there are definately things I think everyone wishes had been done a little different.
