Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. When you replace the word love, when you see it being used, with God then you know what the true meaning of Love is.

Love....there are different types of love you can have and feel. The love of your parents, family and friends. Thats a feeling of closeness, happiness and knowing you will never be alone. Knowing that you can always run to them for salvation, and being there for them, wanting to help them as much as you can. Knowing that you would do anything and everything for them. The love of a pet, the warm and happy feeling when you see them run to you with joy, or just staring at you and you knowing that they know who loves them. Ultimately, the love of a partner. Thats when you feel that the world is all about the two of you. When you're with this person, everything else kinda blurrs out and all you see is eachother. You wake up every morning so happy to know you belong to eachother, wake up wanting so much to see eachother. You are best friends and know that you can always trust eachother and wouldn't be disloyal. You would also be willing to give your life to save this person, and do just almost anything so they wouldn't feel any pain. In my eyes, these are the things that explain the word Love.

Of Love

When you love you should not say,
'God is in my heart,' but rather, 'I am in the heart of God.'
And think not you can direct the course of love, for love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course.
Love has no other desire but to fulfil itself.
But if you love and must needs have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart and to give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love's ectasy;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart and a song of praise upon your lips.

Of Marriage
Let there be spaces in your togetherness,
And let the winds of the heavens dance between you.
Love one another, but make not a bond of love:
Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls.
Fill each other's cup but drink not from one cup.
Give one another of your bread but eat not from the same loaf.
Sing and dance together and be joyous,
but let each one of you be alone though they quiver with the same music.
Give your hearts, but not into each other's keeping.
For only the hand of Life can contain your hearts.
And stand together yet not too near together:
For the pillars of the temple stand apart,
And the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other's shadow

Love is lust free, it's a pure thing, love is when u do everything for some1 and don't except anything back from it, it sounds strange coz even mothers want some love and care back from their children they raise... but there is some percentage of love in every relationship some have less, some have more..... Love is truly Universal thing !

I'm still trying to figure this one out. But its when you care so deeply about the other person, you want the best for them, you want them to succeed and do well, even if that means they may leave you behind. You think they deserve the world on a silver platter and you want to give it to them. Their happiness and health is as important as your own. Their precense is comforting and you want to be there for them and take care of them and be good to them.
