right down the address of the vacant lot an go down to the court house an tell them you are trying to find the owner of that lot an they should look it up for you.they should have owners name ,,someone pays taxes on it! hope this helps

Go to the public records search on line for your area you should be able to obtain anything that you need there. Or just call the city to report the problem that you are having and they will address the problem.
