Depression. I have been taking medication for 10 years for depression/Anxiety attacks. Depression has been a way of life for me. My Doctor Prescribes Celexa for my depression. It works wonders for my depression and helps battle the suicidal thoughts I used to have. I know what medication I need and am tired of going to the doctors office every month for my prescription. Is there a way to get my depression meds on line without a prior presciption? TIA

If it really is depression, I recommend - - visit to doctor for some medicin - sleep and rest - if continues, therapeutical aid needed If you are restless and sleepless (or you sleep whenever), some kind of activity can help. Not too much, just a short walk, discussion with a friend, a movie... I preferred video movies when depressed - I could step out of my head for awhile.

your provider might be able to give you 3 months by mail, some insurance companies will do that, they may only allow a month at a time if you pick it up but will let you have 3 months on the mail plan, I know it doesn't make a lot of sense but it's true, my company works that way, I have been on depression meds for 25 years and anxiety for about 20, hang in there.

Won't your doctor give you a few refills at least so you can go only every 2 or 3 months?

Even if you could find it on-line, it would be outrageously expensive. You have a legitimate reason for the medication, so your best bet is to keep getting the prescription renewed.

Girl, I suffered with depression but I didn’t take any medications. Sometimes they make your situation worst. What I did do was trust in the Lord and changed my eating habits. Believe it or not, they made a big difference.

I would advise you to check into other avenues besides drugs…

you should have your dr. give you pre-approved refills if possible. That way you can just go to the pharm. without seeing him.
