If you're given charges and radii, know the constant of permittivity

Electric power P=U*I, where U is voltage on the terminals of a device and I is current though device; work done by power during time t is W=P*t; units being U – volts, I – amperes, P – watts, W – joules; no matter heater or electric motor or sonic generator or radio station!
