Actually the first suggestion would probably work. But it would also hurt, really bad. So instead, buy some body wash for acne (Neutrogena has some) and exfoliate with a loofah or something like that.

Not sure about acne on body, I had slight acne on my face that I was able to clear up within a couple weeks by going to a dermatologist and having him prescribe me some medications. Not sure about body acne, but if you go to a dermatologist they will be able to propose solutions to the problem. Just try to keep the skin clean, maybe start taking 2 showers a day.

go to www.meetmark.com It's a company by Avon for a younger crowd. They make a spray (can't remember exactly what it's called) that you can use all over your body to get rid of acne/bacne. It's amazing!
My brother and I both use it.

Try different types of body wash. make sure not to use anything that overdries your skin, I like Oil of Olay body wash and conditioner.
