I love the chocolate from local company called Gilbert's Chocolates. Hand made, always fresh and YUMMY. Plus it is real near my home. I love Lindt for commercial chocolate, though. The milk chocolate one is my favorite, too.

Have you tried Seattle Chocolates! They are awesome truffles and the flavor combinations are to die for!
I'm having Blackberry Chocolate right now, but they have mint, lemon, expresso, milk, dark, white chocolate orange, black forest, hazelnut, cappuccino crunch, strawberry, cherry, toffee, peanut butter, raspberry creme, cafe mocha and Champagne!
Creamy and melty - I hope this is what Heaven has in the buffet line :)
